Meal Plans You Can Follow
Hey guys! Thank you so much for supporting us in this journey, we truly love each of you and desire for you to be the healthiest you possible. We know that this is a season of change for so many and that it is so important to take care of ourselves. You know that I stand firm on the belief that prevention is the best medicine. With this in mind I want to create free content for you and yours to help you stay well, live your best life and not be in the kitchen all the time. You will find some of your favorites from Beyond Food Company as well as some simple quick fixes. Each week I will post a simple meal plan that you can do at home, along side a grocery list, tips and pointers. This week I thought I would start off with a few of our favorite lunch recipes. I am working on sending your grocery list weekly to grocery store so that you can have the items ready for pick up. If you are an existing client shoot me an email and we can do that now. Ingredients Scale 1
- 6 ounce organic chicken breast
- 2 tablespoon liquid amino, Bragg"s Coconut Amino's
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded broccoli mix
- 1 t coconut oil
- 1 celery stalk
- 5 butter lettuce, leaves
Cooking Instructions
Marinade chicken in 1 /2 of liquid amino, ginger and garlic. Grill chicken allow to cool and shred.
Heat coconut oil over medium heat in a cast iron skillet, add shredded veggies and celery saute add back in shredded chicken and the remainder of liquid amino.
Remove from heat allow to cool.
Garnish with a lime and a ramekin of liquid amino's for tasting.
Use butter lettuce as cups for chicken mixture.
Beef and Veg Soup
Ingredients Scale 4
- 1 package organic frozen mixed veggies, green beans, corn, carrots
- 1 can organic tomato sauce- read your labels
- 1 pound potatoes
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic
- 32 ounces beef broth- read your labels we like EPIC brand
- fresh thyme
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pound grass fed beef stew meat
Cooking Instructions
In a large stock pot
Saute beef with onions and garlic
Add in tomato paste and beef broth
Cut potatoes into bite size chunks
Bring to a soft boil, add in potatoes
Turn down and let simmer for about 20 minutes, then add in frozen veggies , and seasonings. Let stew for a few hours.
Turkey Lavash Wraps
- 1 flat bread, we use lavash from the Natural Grocery
- 8 ounce turkey, no nitrates, no nitrates added
- 1 tablespoon Hummus, Central Market organic
- 1/8 carton sprouts
- 1 slice bacon
- 1/4 cup spinach
Cooking Instructions
Lay lavish out flat
spread with hummus
layer spinach, turkey, bacon and sprouts
wrap up
seal with glad press and seal to pack to go or enjoy immediately
