Q: When do I get my food?

A: We prepare our meals fresh every Tuesday for delivery and pickup that week. Order by Saturday to make sure you get your meals the following Tuesday - we make everything to order and use all organic, super fresh ingredients, so the best way to make sure you get your food is to reserve your spot early. We also offer a three day option that can be picked up in store on Fridays.

Q: How do you decide what the meals consist of? Do I get to customize my boxes if I have a food allergy?

A: Every meal is ( nutritionist designed, and professional chef prepared. We know exactly the healthy science of what your body needs, so you don’t have to think about it. We’ve found the perfect fusion of powerful nutrition and gourmet flavor - and we don’t mess around when it comes to delicious food. We care about food & flavor ourselves, so of course we pass that passion through every meal. If you have special dietary restrictions or allergies, notate that when you order and our team will take special care of that for you. 

Q: Do the meals come frozen?

A: No! Everything at Beyond Foods is 100% cooked from scratch & delivered fresh.

We take real, raw, local ingredients and prep them fresh each week for our rotating menu and custom meal plans (more on that part in a sec). Straight from the kitchen to container - no processing and no weird preservation methods.  Our fresh and diverse weekly menu will satisfy everyone in your family.

Q: Do you ship your meals for those of us outside of Abilene?

A: We are looking into options for shipping currently, but right now we serve the Abilene/Big Country area through local delivery and our storefront pickup location, which cuts down on costs: we pass the shipping savings directly on to you!

Q: What is in an average “complete meal plan” box?

A: This is complete nutrition in a box. Our nutritionist strategically plan breakfast, lunch, dinner, and broth for four days so that your nutrition is balanced, leaving you feeling full and nourished. Complete plans make sure that your meals have the proper balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrate, as well as the seasonal micro-nutrients needed to keep you healthy.
